Role: Propulsion System Product Owner

Location: Gaydon

Employment Type: Contract Outside IR35

Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

Leading the Electrical Drive Units squad to deliver electrified propulsion systems as part of the next-generation EV strategy.

  • Own and prioritised the squad’s product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

  • Define outcome-based user stories and developed a clear product roadmap to guide delivery.

  • Enable high-performing, self-organising squads through collaboration, coaching, and Agile leadership.

  • Present KPI dashboards and delivery progress to senior leadership, highlighting value creation and team impact.

  • Manage inter-squad dependencies, optimised planning, and support the Scrum Master in removing delivery blockers
