Are you an experienced Project Engineer/ Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Join a rapidly growing, multi-disciplinary engineering company that delivers cutting-edge solutions across a wide range of industries—including automotive, aerospace, packaging, and foundry tooling.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company where no two projects are the same. You'll work with a diverse customer base and be part of a team that values cross-sector innovation, technical excellence, and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a range of mechanical projects from concept through CAD design, manufacture, and delivery

  • Act as the primary customer liaison—ensuring technical and commercial alignment throughout each project lifecycle

  • Collaborate with in-house design and engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet specifications and standards

  • Conduct regular design reviews, support continuous improvement, and resolve any technical challenges

  • Coordinate workload, project planning, and reporting with other project stakeholders to ensure efficiency

  • Be hands-on in the workshop when needed—supporting production engineers and maintaining quality standards

  • Attend customer sites during the commissioning phase, supporting installation and testing alongside multiskilled engineers

    Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale mechanical projects—on time and within budget

  • Solid background in automotive or aerospace engineering, with expertise in jigs, fixtures, and production tooling

  • Knowledge of assembly fixtures, inspection equipment, and mould/forming/lamination tooling is highly desirable

  • Strong commercial awareness to manage customer expectations while protecting project profitability

  • Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics would be a strong advantage

  • Excellent communication, planning, and reporting skills across multi-disciplinary teams
