Operations Manager

Nottingham | £50k–£60k | 4-Day Week | Hybrid | Travel Paid

Join a cutting-edge SME in robotics and metrology as they scale up! This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of high-value project delivery, team coordination, and operational growth.

You’ll manage a wide range of automation projects (£5k–£3m+), support a highly skilled team, and be a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Expect variety, travel, and real impact.

You’ll need:
✔ Engineering degree (Mech, Systems, Manufacturing etc.)
✔ 5–10 years in project/ops-focused engineering roles
✔ Solid track record delivering technical projects
✔ Strong commercial and customer-facing skills
✔ UK driving licence

Nice to have:
Robotics, automation, PLCs, or aerospace/automotive experience
