  • Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience working in engineering, heavy industry, food manufacturing, FMCG, recycling, plastics, packaging, automotive, steel, timber or similar industries.
  • Forklift experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • Commutable to the Lincoln area.
The Role of the Machine Operator Will Include:
  • Operating forge and precision manufacturing machinery.
  • Producing high-quality components for leading aerospace and automotive manufacturers.
  • Carrying out quality checks and following production processes.
  • Monday to Friday - 8-hour rotating shifts.
  • Site-based role in the Lincoln area.
