IT Network Administrator - Gateshead

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive secondary school? We are seeking an IT Network Administrator to join a well-established school in the Gateshead area, the role is to begin as soon as possible and is on an ongoing basis.

The Role:

✅ Responsible for maintaining and optimising the schools computer networks
✅ Key duties include installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures and managing user access and back up systems

The Ideal Candidate:

Relevant qualification
✔ Experience working within IT
✔ Experience working within a school setting is desirable but not essential
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Fully enhanced DBS or a willingness to apply for one via ourselves

The advertisement viewed stated a rate of pay of £90 - £110 per day however this depends on qualifications and experience.
