As an I.T Apprentice you will be working within an existing team of I.T technicians dealing will the first line support calls and liaising with second- and third-line support.

The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team and also happy to work independently.

Main Duties

Creating user accounts, password resets, adding printers, etc.

Dealing with support requests via the I.T Help desk and also supporting via phone and sometimes face to face.

Monitoring multiple I.T systems producing first line checks to help highlight and issues.

Desired Knowledge

Windows 10/11 knowledge.

Basic networking knowledge.
