You will work across quality inspection, supplier liaison, and internal process improvement, giving you hands-on experience from day one. You'll develop your skills quickly, working closely with experienced professionals and learning what it takes to progress towards a management role.

What you will need:

Degree in engineering (mechanical, automotive, aerospace, or similar)
Ideally, some engineering or manufacturing experience (placement or internship, etc.)
