Are you a graduate mechanical engineer, graduate aerospace engineer or similar who wants to manage mechanical engineering projects in the aerospace sector? Are you ambitious, self-starter who to progress into a lead engineer or even a chartered engineer?

Your background as a Graduate Aerospace Engineer:

* Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a similar discipline.

* Some practical engineering experience through a placement, internship, university project or previous role would be advantageous.

* A hands-on, proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in developing within engineering.

* Good communication skills with the confidence to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers and suppliers.

* Ambitious and eager to build a long-term career within project and product engineering.

Graduate Aerospace Engineer responsibilities:

* Support Lead Engineers in delivering new product development and engineering projects.

* Assist with 3D CAD modelling, engineering drawings, testing, analysis and technical documentation.

* Support prototype builds, product trials and validation activities.

* Contribute to engineering investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.

* Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to deliver high-quality aerospace products.

* Develop both technical engineering and project management skills through structured training and hands-on experience.
