Location: Maidenhead
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 p/a
Working Pattern: Minimum 4 days on site (5 preferred)
Citizenship Requirement: British National

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Engineer to join our engineering team in Marlow. This role is integral to a new product development programme, focusing on the testing and troubleshooting of advanced electronic sub-assemblies. The successful candidate will work closely with design engineers to assess performance and resolve technical issues across both digital and analogue domains.

Key Responsibilities of the Electronics Test Engineer

Perform hands-on testing of electronic sub-assemblies, ensuring compliance with performance standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in digital and analogue electronic systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and refinement.
Utilise test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and VNAs where applicable.
Document test results and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Essential Requirements

British National (due to project security requirements).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic systems.
Strong understanding of digital and analogue electronics.
Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes and VNAs.Desirable Experience

Background in military or avionics electronic equipment.
