Job Title: Electrical Systems Engineer
Duration: 12-Month Rolling Contract
Location: Stevenage
Hourly Rate: £50.00 – £70.00
Clearance: Current SC Clearance (or eligibility) required
Electrical Systems Engineer
Our client is a major global player in the defence and space sector, specialising in the design and manufacture of advanced satellites for both commercial and military applications.
Requirements:

  • Conduct electrical system and functional testing on satellite or spacecraft subsystems.
  • Perform open-loop and closed-loop testing (major advantage).
  • Work on systems related to Power, Communications, or Mission Systems.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and integration teams to ensure successful test execution.
    Desirable:
  • Experience in spacecraft or satellite systems (commercial or defence projects).
  • Background in electrical system testing, functional verification, and validation.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies for space systems.
    Aerospace-only experience will NOT be sufficient due to different standards
