Shorterm Group is proud to partner with a prestigious aerospace engineering company to recruit skilled CNC Machinists with expertise in Turning, Milling, or Mill-Turn operations. These are full-time, permanent opportunities to join a cutting-edge facility producing precision components for the aerospace sector.

🔧 Role: CNC Machinist - Turning, Milling, or Mill-Turn
📍 Location: Wolverhampton
🕒 Hours: 37 per week
Mon-Thurs: 07:30-16:15
Fri: 07:30-11:30
📄 Type: Permanent, Full-Time
✈️ Industry: Aerospace Engineering

🛠 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Setting and operating CNC machines (Okuma, Mazak, DMG, Matsura, Puma, etc.)
  • Manufacturing complex aerospace parts to tight tolerances
  • Working alongside engineering and quality teams to optimise processes
  • Performing detailed in-process and final inspections
  • Completing all quality and traceability documentation accurately

    🎯 Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in CNC machining
  • Strong background in precision engineering (aerospace preferred)
  • Confident with setups, tooling selection, and inspection procedures
  • Familiar with multi-axis milling or Lathes or mill-turn operations
  • Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement
