CAD Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed CAD models and drawings for propulsion system components, sub-assemblies, and full systems to BS8888 standards with appropriate GD&T
Support prototype development and testing of new designs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs based on feedback
Ensure designs meet strict quality and performance requirements
Travel to manufacturing sites to liaise with production teams and resolve design issues
Create Manufacturing Statements of Work & Standards
Support technical reviews (PDRs, CDRs, MRRs) and customer meetings
Generate and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to tooling/fixturingCAD Design Engineer
Requirements

Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Proven CAD experience (preferably PTC Creo) with a strong portfolio
Understanding of manufacturing/machining processes
Ability to package complex components into compact systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience interpreting technical requirements and engineering drawings
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlinesBenefits Package:
