As a core part of ourbrand-new product team, you’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders tocreate and enhance groundbreaking productsthat align with customer needs and business goals. Your role will focus ondata-driven decisions, actionable insights, and cross-functional collaboration, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Work Location:

Primarily remote, withexciting monthly meetupsinBristol, Dorset, or Hampshireto foster creativity and innovation with your peers in Product and Engineering.


🛠️Your Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

  • Analyze data to uncover trends in user behavior, product performance, and market dynamics.
  • Establish and monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs)to drive decisions and assess success.

2. Product Tech Stack Rationalization:

  • Support the integration of aunified tech stack, ensuring collaboration and operational excellence.

3. Strategic Product Improvements:

  • Use data and market research to proposefeature enhancementsandUX improvements.
  • Guide the prioritization ofnew featuresto keep products innovative and customer-focused.

4. Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Implement processes to collect and analyzequalitative and quantitative feedbackto shape products that customers love.

5. Competitor and Market Analysis:

  • Collaborate with marketing to keep a pulse onmarket trendsandcompetitor strategies, ensuring our offerings stay ahead.

6. Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in development processes.
  • Ensure smooth product delivery by coordinating across teams.

7. Project Management Excellence:

  • Drivecross-functional project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and business goals achieved.

8. Change Management:

  • Support seamless adoption of product and process changes, minimizing disruptions and maximizing impact.

🌟What We’re Looking For


🌳Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to interpret and manipulate large datasets.

🌳Experience with statistical methods (such as A/B testing and regression analysis) is beneficial.

🌳Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of SaaS products, the technologies behind them, and how to collaborate with development teams to ensure product solutions are viable and scalable.

🌳Product Understanding: Familiarity with the SaaS product lifecycle, key product metrics, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data-driven insights.

🌳Product Telemetry: Experience in setting up and leveraging product telemetry tools (e.g., analytics platforms, user tracking) to inform decision-making processes.

🌳Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.

🌳Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, development, and marketing teams. Strong self-management skills, with excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management.

🌳Business & Commercial Awareness: A basic understanding of B2B market dynamics and business models, with the ability to align data analysis and product insights with broader commercial goal
