JRS Associates Ltd has partnered up with an exciting manufacturer in the local area and we're looking to add an experienced Welder / Plater to the team.
The position comes due to a consistent intake of healthy, long-standing contracts meaning a need for an experienced individual.. see below for a detailed description of the role package and specifications of the Welder / Plater required.
The Successful Welder / Plater - Package:

  • £33,500 to £36,500 per annum
  • Days shift (Mon to Thurs, 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday, 7:30am - 12:30pm)
  • Overtime available paid at 1.5x
  • Holiday entitlement - 33 days (including statutory)
  • Company Sick Pay Scheme active after 1 year of service
  • Modern, Clean working environment
  • Free Parking
    The Successful Welder / Plater - Requirements:
  • 3 or more years experience as a Plater
  • Experience working in the Aerospace and/or MOD industry
  • Experience and understanding marking out, cutting material, producing weld preps where required, drilling and tack welding into complete assemblies.
  • Have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
