Weekend Shift Leader
Job Description
•The key focus of this role will be on managing production schedules, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
•Manage the weekend operations and oversee the production process
•Assign tasks to employees, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure smooth workflow.
•Monitor production schedules, identify any potential delays or bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to resolve issues.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
•Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper functioning of the equipment and machinery.
•Work closely with cross functional teams to address any production related challenges and ensure effective communication and coordination.
•Provide performance feedback and conduct performance evaluation for employees, identify training needs and development opportunities.
•Prepare reports and production metrics to present to key stakeholders.

Weekend Shift Leader
Essential Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications
•Experience in supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably within a highly regulated industry
•Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols
•Problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Experience using relevant software for production management reporting
