JOB DESCRIPTION:CNC Programmer / Setter / Turning / Milling / CNC Operator
As an experienced Programmer & Operator we are giving you the responsibility of 2 of our WFL Machines where you'll play a pivotal role in the function of our workshop where we manufacturer our Multi Throw Crankshafts Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
· Taking full control of 2 WFL machines (5 axis) working at low volume to a high quality.
· Turning, Milling, Drilling Boring and V/cuts.
· Inspect the product where necessary as part our quality process.
· Program to highly detailed drawings using Siemens software.
· Work to a tight tolerance i.e. +/"".
PERSON SPECIFICATION:CNC Programmer / Setter / Turning / Milling / CNC Operator
You are an experienced CNC Programmer with a great eye for detail and you are proud of your work. You understand what makes the difference between acceptable and exceptional. You also will:
· Be qualified through either apprentice, NVQ, BTECH, HNC / HND or by experience.
· Have online programming experience using programmes such as Siemens, Fanuc etc.
· Have offline programming experience using CAD / CAM Software - Infusion 360, SolidWorks etc
· Have experience working on 5 axis machines.
· Have used MRP software in the past.
