The Team:
The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for looking after the cyber security of all of Citi's technical assets. It has several new and exciting programmes utilising cutting edge cloud and container technologies, with a view to ensuring that our cyber security is best in class and offers reassurance to our wider business lines and clients alike.

The job:
This role sits within the Public Cloud Kubernetes Security team, which is responsible for ensuring, maintaining, and improving the security of Kubernetes platforms provided by external cloud solutions and used by the firm.

The role covers the following activities:

Design, build, test and deploy mitigating controls to make our use of cloud Kubernetes platforms more secure. Troubleshoot and support our existing security controls for public cloud Kubernetes platforms. Working closely with both internal and external partners to assess the security of externally provided services and the internal designs that use them. Provide feedback and clearlymunicate security related matters to internal and external stakeholders. Seek to innovate and continually improve both the designs and toolset used to secure the public cloud Kubernetes platforms. Design, build, test and deploy bespoke tools and solutions using a variety of technologies.

Job Skills/ Qualifications:Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Good oral and writtenmunication skills 7+ years of relevant industry work experience Experience of Kubernetes and public cloud platforms that use it (EKS, GKE, AKS) Experience of security fundamentals with relation to a Kubernetes platform and/or public cloud a bonus Experience of writing security policy for Kubernetes platform including network security, role based access and admission controller focussed. Experience in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Golang or Bash. Experience of CI/CD and agile methodology Experience of build/release management a bonus.What we'll provide you
