Accounts Receivable Manager / Assistant Manager AR -Nusajaya Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you tojoin us for the journey We are currently seeking an exceptionalprofessional to join us as Accounts Receivable Manager / AssistantManager AR Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage the AccountsReceivable team, provide coaching and guidance to team members intheir work • Manage and account for the Accounts Receivable andCredit Control functions, ensuring that end-to-end activities arecarried out in an accurate and timely manner. • Perform fullspectrum of Billing & Accounts Receivables and Credit Controlresponsibilities. • Prepare and ensure that reports as required bystakeholders are prepared in a timely and accurate manner. •Initiate and support process improvement projects. • Participateand support management's initiatives and reports. • Manage andperform month-end close activities. • Monitor and review the ageingof receivables and execute collection procedures. • Participate inbank and treasury-related matters and reporting activities asrequired. • Support statutory and internal audit processes. •Support corporate income tax, indirect tax (such as GST, VAT, SST)and withholding tax submissions/activities and ensure compliancewith statutory requirements. • Responsible for maintainingdocumentation and filing and ensuring compliance with policies andlocal regulations. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.Requirements: • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA. • 5 years of AccountsReceivable and Credit Control experience in Shared Service Functionis an added advantage. • Proficient in English and Mandarin. •Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Strong organizational skills andability to work with tight timelines in a dynamic environment. •Meticulous and able to process data with high degree of accuracy. •Positive work attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills andability to work collaboratively in a team. • Reliable, responsible,accountable, and proactive approach to problem solving.
