Accounts Payable Manager / Assistant Manager AP -Nusajaya Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you tojoin us for the journey We are currently seeking an exceptionalprofessional to join us as Accounts Payable Manager / AssistantManager AP Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage the AccountsPayable team, provide coaching and guidance to team members intheir work. • Manage and account for the Accounts Payable function,ensure that end-to-end activities are carried out in an accurateand timely manner. • Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable andPayment responsibilities. • Process employees’ expense claims,highlighting claims that are not in line with expense policy. •Prepare and ensure that reports as required by stakeholders areprepared in a timely and accurate manner. • Initiate and supportprocess improvement projects. • Participate and supportmanagement's initiatives and reports. • Manage and performmonth-end close activities. • Monitor and review the ageing ofpayables and execute procedures to ensure that balances areup-to-date, and payments are made in time. • Participate in bankand treasury-related matters and reporting activities as required.• Support statutory and internal audit processes. • Supportcorporate income tax, indirect tax (such as GST, VAT, SST) andwithholding tax submissions/activities and ensure compliance withstatutory requirements. • Responsible for maintaining documentationand filing and ensuring compliance with policies and localregulations. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.Requirements: • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA. • 5 years of AccountsPayable experience in Shared Service Function is an addedadvantage. • Proficient in English and Mandarin. • Proficient inMicrosoft Excel. • Strong organizational skills and ability to workwith tight timelines in a dynamic environment. • Meticulous andable to process data with a high degree of accuracy. • Positivework attitude, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and abilityto work collaboratively in a team. • Reliable, responsible,accountable, and proactive approach to problem solving.
