About the Role:
An established manufacturing client is looking for a skilled CNC Operator – Setter/Programmer (Turning) to join their team. Based in Stroud, you’ll be a key member of the manufacturing team, producing aerospace-quality components. Your expertise in CNC machining, programming, and safety compliance will help drive the success of high-precision projects in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Lathe machinery to produce Aerospace-quality machined components.
  
• Select and set up the required tooling for machining operations.
  
• Edit and create machining programs based on technical specifications and customer drawings.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
  
• Uphold safety policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
  Qualifications & Experience:
  Essential:
  
• Minimum 4 years of direct experience with FANUC-controlled CNC machinery.
  
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate CNC programs
