Do you have CNC machining, toolroom or injection moulding experience? Do you want a new long term role offering excellent variety and access to first class training and development within a leading, multi-site manufacturing group?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a toolroom engineer to join the team at their state of the art facility near Bordon. The successful applicant will gain access to a first class development plan to enable them to become a skilled workshop engineer and a valuable member of the team. Once trained, you will operating CNC machinery and selecting and setting workshop and injection tooling. You will play a key part in driving health and safety and continuous improvement within the team and facility and will have the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime and have a great work/life balance with a days based role offering an early Friday finish.

The company are a very successful manufacturer who are at the fore front of their sector and are continuing to expand in every department. You will be joining a growing, loyal and experienced engineering and manufacturing team within a company who pride themselves on staff retention and development!

The Role:
*Providing Support and solutions to the engineering and manufacturing team
*Liaising with multiple teams to improve processes and designs
*Creating designs and specifications to enable the team to manufacture required equipment, meeting industry and company standards.

*CNC or toolroom experience
*A commutable distance to Bordon
