Logistics Operative / Tool Store Manager – Aerospace Manufacturing - we are still recruiting for he ideal candidate. 

Location: Near Uxbridge (own transport required)

Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 opportunity for overtime 

Early Friday Finish | 9% Pension | 25 Days Holiday

We’re hiring a Logistics Operative / Tool Store Manager to join a world-class aerospace manufacturer near Uxbridge. If you’ve got experience managing tooling and logistics in a fast-paced production environment, this is your chance to play a critical role in supporting life-saving technology.

What You'll Do:

As a Logistics Operative / Tool Store Manager, you'll ensure our production team has everything they need, exactly when they need it. Your key responsibilities will include:

Issuing and restocking tools, gauges, and consumables

Managing stock levels through daily Kanban checks

Receiving, storing, and dispatching tooling and equipment

Supporting calibration and regrinding processes

Maintaining accurate records using Excel and Word

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in a stores or logistics role within manufacturing

Strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, and gauges

Confident using stock systems and MS Office

Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-focused

What’s on Offer:

£27,000 – £28,000 salary + regular overtime (approx. £8k/year)

9% non-contributory pension

25 days holiday + bank holidays (with option to buy more)
