About the Role:
In this role, you'll work within an ESD Laboratory, testing and assembling data acquisition controller board assemblies and modules. You'll play a key part in ensuring the quality and functionality of both new and legacy systems, contributing to innovative projects in propulsion, powertrain, and vehicle testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Test and configure PCB and DACS modules for production orders.
Assemble DACS modules and test individual PCBs received from suppliers.
Fault-find and troubleshoot electronic systems using equipment like DVMs, oscilloscopes, and process calibrators.
Maintain accurate technical and QA documentation, including test records and build procedures.
Support R&D by collaborating across departments to resolve technical challenges.
Contribute to test equipment design and improve testing processes.What You'll Bring:

Experience in analogue and digital electronics, including fault finding.
Proficiency with electronic test equipment and soldering (including surface mount technology).
Ability to read electronic drawings and write technical documentation.
Familiarity with I/O systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Passion for engineering, quality-focused, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Desirable: Knowledge of 3D printing and test equipment design.Why Join?
