Are you a Technical Support Engineer or similar with a background in Visual Basic and Windows operating systems looking to join a tight-knit company offering specialized training?

Do you want to develop your career as you progress within a growing company while being rewarded with an annual bonus to increase your earnings?

This company, established over 20 years ago have since seen excellent growth, now with a broad client base across a range of industries including Civil, Defense, Aerospace and Automotive. They offer production solutions, including tool measuring and presetting, manufacturing support and shrink technology. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to their team.

In this dynamic role your time will be split between the office and meeting face to face with clients. You will conduct visits to key clients as you troubleshoot software issues that arise. You will diagnose and resolve bespoke software issues, providing technical support.

This role would suit a Technical Support Engineer or similar with a background in Visual Basic and Windows operating systems looking for a specialist role within a well-established engineering company.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve bespoke software issues.
