Here at Burendo we are looking to recruit a Technical Project Manager for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The role may require travel to Europe a few days a month and visits to the London office with the rest of the contract being completed remotely. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in the defence / military sector and must hold SC clearance.

  • Own the delivery lifecycle: From initial concept to final delivery, you'll guide projects ensuring seamless execution and results.

  • Lead planning: Develop and maintain laser-focused plans, schedules, and budgets, keeping delivery on track and within scope.
  • Navigate challenges with confidence: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, tackling obstacles head-on with creative solutions.
  • Champion best practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards and defence regulations, upholding the highest levels of quality and security.
  • Communicate with clarity: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to senior leadership, keeping everyone informed and engaged.

  • A proven track record: You've successfully delivered complex technical projects, ideally within the defence, aerospace, or related sectors.
  • A passion for technology: You're fascinated by emerging technologies and their potential to transform defence capabilities.
  • Collaboration is key: You're a master collaborator, adept at building bridges between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exceptional communication: You communicate clearly and effectively, whether you're presenting to executives or working alongside engineers.
  • Security clearance: Current UK Security Clearance is essential.
