AsProject Managerfor this role, you will ideally come from atechnical backgroundand have experience of working in anengineering,manufacturing,electronics,electrical, automotive,aerospace,agricultural vehicle/machineryorOff Highway vehicleormedical equipmentsector.

Target Experience:

Salary – Circa £45k – £65k DOE plus bonus + Car / Allowance + Pension (up to 5%) + Private Medical +Eye Care Vouchers + Employee Assistance Program + 25 days Hols exc BH (Holiday entitlement increases by 1 day every 2 years) + Hybrid working
Key Skills:
Minimum
2 to 3 yearsNPIProject Managementexperience. Must be able to manage projects from cradle to grave. Have a
technical background– Ideally
Electronics,
Mechanical,
Electro Mechanical,
Design.Must understand the production life cycle.
Lead engineering teamsand be able to liaise and support other departments. Have an understanding and knowledge of working with and supporting
OEMand
Tier 1 customers. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Have the skill to build internal and external relationships. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Be a confident communicator – written and verbal.
BTEC, HNC/
City & Guildsor equivalent
in engineeringor
science discipline. Solid PC user within key Microsoft applications.
