Are you a dedicated Teacher looking for a rewarding role within a specialist setting? A brand-new satellite school in High Wycombe is opening this September, and we are seeking enthusiastic Teachers to join the founding team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new provision supporting students with special educational needs, including autism and moderate learning difficulties.

As a Teacher in this exciting new High Wycombe setting, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to each student's needs. Whether your background is in mainstream or special education, this opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference from the very start.

What does the role involve?

Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons across your subject specialism or broader curriculum areas.

Creating a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes student development and well-being.

Working as a Teacher to adapt schemes of work to meet individual needs and access the National Curriculum effectively.

Promoting literacy, numeracy, ICT, and key life skills throughout your teaching practice.

Playing a key pastoral role, advocating for your tutor group and supporting their academic, personal, and social growth.

This High Wycombe-based post is ideal for a resilient, creative, and compassionate Teacher who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored support.

We are looking for a Teacher who:

Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised qualification.

Has a passion for working in SEN settings and promoting inclusive practice.

Has experience supporting children with additional needs (personal or professional).

Is enthusiastic about contributing to a new school community in High Wycombe.
