We are looking for a highly motivated individual as a Supply Chain Analyst - Devices. This is an ideal opportunity for who enjoys working in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
The Details...
You will report to the Supply Chain Manager & have a collaborative approach working closely across the business with key process partners. This role converts the finished goods demand plan and forecast. This ensures production has the required flow of materials to ensure the right products are made to the right quantity, at the right time, to fulfil the sales orders on time in full.
The responsibilities for this role are:
Work with the team for Devices to create and implement production schedules ensuring the inventory buffers are maintained within the agreed range Working closely with the internal partners to understand the business requirements and translate this into a clear and executable plan for production to deliver against. Deliver weekly production status reports for key meetings Raising purchase requisitions/orders, processing works orders and reconciling invoices Support and process change requirements for updates and new product introduction including the creation and updating of parts, bills of material, costs etc on the ERP and inventory planning system Highlighting and raising concerns which may impact our customers or business needs Management of buffer stock through the use of Demand Driven Materials Requirement Planning Work with key partners to proactively manage inventory, reducing the risk of aged / obsolete stock.
What We're Looking For...
Experience of in a regulated and non-regulated, fast paced, manufacturing environment
Extensive supply chain and scheduling experience excellent solid understanding of BOM's/routings, manufacturing processes operations, MRP/ERP setup and operations
Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset with a flexible approach to changing daily priorities
Has an eye for detail, strong level of accuracy and works well under pressure
Exceptional interpersonal skills with confidence to communicate with partners at all levels
Drive to 'make things happen, enable solutions and use best practices in the process
Commercial awareness with a clear understanding of the need to deliver the plan.
You'll also be experienced in the purchasing of new products as well as being experienced with operating systems such as AX Dynamics 365
Ideally APICS/CIPS/ASCM certified or other business related qualification.
