Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking aSubsystem Design Integratorto lead the integration of propulsion, electronic, and mechanical subsystems into complex aerospace systems. This role bridges the gap between subsystem design, system-level requirements, and end-to-end integration, ensuring seamless functionality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage theintegration of subsystemsinto overall aerospace platforms, focusing on propulsion and electronic systems.
     
  • Leadsystem design activities, ensuring all subsystems are aligned with overarching system requirements and performance goals.
     
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams onconfiguration management,document control, anddesign reviews.
     
  • Performintegration, test, and validationof subsystems using advancedelectronic test benchesand simulation tools.
     
  • Ensure compliance withreliability, safety, and securitystandards throughout the integration lifecycle.
     
  • Collaborate closely with customer and internal stakeholders forinstallation,support, andmaintenanceactivities.
     
  • Utilize tools such asDOORS, Integrity, Simulink, Artisan Studio, andAutocadfor system modeling and interface management.
     
  • Supportindustrialisation processesto facilitate smooth transition from design to production and operational phases.


Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering field i.e.Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineeringetc.
     
  • Proven experience insubsystem design and integrationwithin the aerospace or defense sector.
     
  • Technical expertise inaviation propulsion systems,thermal and energetics, andpower electronics.
     
  • Familiarity withmicroelectronics, semiconductors, andelectronic component integration.
     
  • Strong background inverification and validationof integrated subsystems.
     
  • Proficiency withMATLAB,Simulink, and engineering lifecycle tools (DOORS,Integrity).
     
  • Understanding ofmanufacturing processes,installation constraints, andcustomer service requirements.
