An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior RF Engineer to lead the development of innovative RF subsystems and antennas, operating across HF to SHF frequencies. Based in Lincoln, you will design and develop complex systems including active antennas, phased arrays, and satellite communications. This role involves working on advanced projects in areas like electronic warfare, phased array antennas, and space-related RF technology. As a Senior RF Engineer, you will play a key role in the technical direction and success of cutting-edge RF engineering initiatives.


The position is ideal for someone with expertise in mixed-signal systems integrating RF and antennas, and offers the chance to work in a forward-thinking, technology-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of RF subsystems and antenna systems for applications such as SATCOM and electronic warfare.
  • Develop and integrate RF subsystems, active antennas, and phased arrays across a range of frequencies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers in the team.
  • Ensure designs meet strict performance and reliability standards required in defense and aerospace applications.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in RF design, especially in antenna and subsystem integration.
  • Extensive knowledge of HF to SHF frequency ranges.
  • Hands-on experience with phased arrays, AESA, or other advanced RF technologies is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in mixed-signal RF and antenna systems.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
