Subcontracts Project Manager
Key Responsibilities

Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and management with external suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements, company policies, and legal standards.
Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and technical specifications.
Work closely with QA teams to enforce AS9100 standards across all subcontracts.
Manage change control processes, mitigating risks to cost, quality, and schedule.
Maintain a Risk Register, escalating issues when necessary and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure alignment with financial processes and provide regular updates for project reviews.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive subcontracting success.Subcontracts Project Manager
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in subcontract/project management within aerospace, defence, or high-precision engineering.
Understanding of contract law and ability to interpret technical/project requirements.
Familiarity with Project Management fundamentals inc. change control, risk management, budgeting.
Experience working in highly regulated industries: AS9100, ISO9001, or similar.
Ability to travel to supplier sites and other company locations as needed.Benefits Package:
