Job Specification: Support for Stores
Location: Bedhampton, Havant
Contract Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
Pay: £13.70/hour PAYE + Holiday
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 07:15 - 16:00
Friday: 07:30 - 11:30
Role Overview:
Our Aerospace client, based in Bedhampton, Havant, is seeking a proactive individual to provide support to their stores function. This role does not require a high level of purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Stores and Suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.
Prepare and distribute daily reports to relevant stakeholders.
Raise supply chain and concession/permit requests as required.
Perform additional administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the stores function.
Candidate Profile:
Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Previous experience in an administrative or similar role preferred.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK freely, adhering to ITAR restrictions
