Our client, a leading consulting firm in the Defence and Security sector, is looking for a Senior Manager in Space Operations Transformation to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide transformative consulting services and drive significant improvements in operational efficiency and digital integration for high-profile clients.

Spearhead client engagements, focusing on operating model design, service design, and operations transformation in a digital and cloud-based context. Leverage industry knowledge and technical expertise to address complex challenges, enhance delivery speeds, and ensure high-quality outputs. Manage and mentor a small team, fostering talent development and leading by example in client settings. Develop innovative, bespoke solutions that cater to client needs, pushing the boundaries of traditional consulting practices. Engage actively in business development activities and contribute to the growth of our practice through thought leadership and strategic initiatives. Demonstrable experience in operating model design, digital transformation, and strategic consulting within the UK Public Sector. Proficiency in project management, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels. A strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and an aptitude for adapting to rapidly changing environments. Previous consulting experience and a deep understanding of the Defence & Security sectors are highly desirable.
