Your Role:
As Site Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all operational and strategic activities at our state-of-the-art facility. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and HR, ensuring seamless coordination with our global functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providestrategic and operational leadership, aligning site objectives with corporate goals.
- Overseemanufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and safetyfunctions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Driveoperational excellencethrough Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to aerospace regulations includingAS9100, ISO 9001, and other industry standards.
- Manage sitebudgeting, financial targets, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Foster aculture of safety, innovation, and high performanceacross the site.
- Serve as theprimary site representativefor internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and executeworkforce planning and leadership developmentstrategies to retain top talent.
- Identify and mitigaterisksto safeguard business continuity and operational resilience.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ leadership experiencein an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record insite leadership, operational management, and strategic execution.
- Deep understanding ofmission-critical safety systemsand aerospace industry regulations.
- Experience in amatrix organisation, managing direct and indirect reporting structures.
- Expertise inLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvementmethodologies.
- Strongfinancial acumen, including experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost control.
- Exceptionalstakeholder managementskills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Avisionary leaderwho can inspire cross-functional teams and drive innovation.
