    Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive improvements in SHE and local processes to meet annual targets and comply with legislation.
  • Oversee and enhance Quality and Environmental Management Systems to maintain compliance and accreditation.
  • Ensure internal and external audit requirements are met.
  • Lead and manage training processes to uphold safety standards and individual competence.
  • Develop and lead sustainable manufacturing improvement initiatives, delivering measurable gains in safety, quality, reliability, output, and cost.

    What You'll Bring:

  • A proven track record as an occupational SHEQ professional.
  • NEBOSH qualified.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO standards, BSI processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Expertise in manufacturing excellence techniques.
  • Experience delivering learning and development strategies in an operational safety context.
