SENIOR TALENT PARTNER - MANUFACTURING & ENGINEERING (DEFENCE & AEROSPACE) - 360 CONTRACT RECRUITEMNT - HOT DESK - CARDIFF/HYBRID - £30,000/£40,000 PER ANNUM + COMMS & BENEFITS

We are looking to expand our team with a highly skilled Senior Talent Partner to further develop our growing portfolio of clients. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with leading companies in the Defence and Aerospace sectors, providing strategic recruitment expertise in Manufacturing and Engineering.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering market insights and tailored recruitment strategies.
Source and attract top talent across a wide range of roles, from engineers to senior technical leaders.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while delivering on clients' needs with a focus on long-term relationships and success.
Develop our contract offering within new areas of our industry.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience as a 360 recruiter in a similar sector (Defence, Aerospace, or Manufacturing & Engineering).
Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and candidates at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality talent solutions.
Understanding of contract recruitment processes and regulations.EVEN BETTER IF:
