We are looking for talented and motivated Systems Engineers to join our customers team working on high-impact, innovative defence projects. Based in the vibrant city of Bristol, you will play a key role in delivering next-generation systems that protect and defend critical assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and integrate complex systems within a defence environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and security.
• Support the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and specifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, preferably within the defence sector.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies.
• Experience with requirements management, system integration, and testing.
• Familiarity with software and hardware architectures, as well as modelling and simulation tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

• Active UK security clearance (SC or DV preferred) - essential for many of our projects.
• Experience working with defence contractors, government agencies, or military systems.
• Expertise in specific areas such as cyber security, avionics, or communications systems.
