Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any bottlenecks.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Implement and maintain supply chain management software and tools.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
• Expereince within the Aerospace / Defense industries. DoD experience preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and procurement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving business goals.
