Job Title:Quality Management System (QMS) Consultant

Location: 85 Innovation Dr, Rochester, NH 03867 (remotely / 10-12 weeks on site)

Duration: Fulltime with TATA Technologies Benefits

Job type: Remote with 10-12 weeks onsite (exact location to be specified during interviews).

Travel: 25% required Based on business requirements.

Required Skillset:

Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) with a focus on AS9100 compliance. Process Mapping Expertise with RACI, targets, KPIs, and competency matrix development. Documentation Management and familiarity with tools for managing and controlling process documentation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems. Fluent in English (mandatory). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.

Job Description:

The Quality Management System (QMS) Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing an efficient QMS for SAC ROC, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards. The consultant will collaborate with key stakeholders to:

Review the current process mapping for SAC ROC. Develop detailed ID processes for each activity, including RACI, targets, and KPIs. Create a competence matrix with supporting documentation for each process. Define and implement a methodology to regularly review and update the QMS. Recommend and establish tools to manage and control documentation and ensure conformity to AS9100 standards. The role requires effective interviewing and stakeholder engagement during the onsite phase, followed by documentation and implementation remotely.

Deliverables:

Detailed process mapping for SAC ROC. Individual ID processes with RACI, targets, and KPIs. Comprehensive competence matrix for each process. Defined and actionable QMS review methodology. Recommended informatics tools for documentation management and AS9100 compliance.
