Your Mission:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, driving revenue and exceeding targets through your expertise and dedication. Here's what you'll be up to:

-      Collaborating with Business Managers to cultivate a powerhouse team of recruitment consultants.

-      Building and managing perm/contract desks to create your own thriving business unit within Omega.

-      Nurturing accounts and securing future opportunities through strategic partnerships

-      Mentoring junior consultants and championing a culture of continuous improvement, learning and development.

-      Identifying and seizing new business opportunities, leveraging your Tech industry acumen and networking prowess.

-      Keen focus on excellence when it comes to customer and candidate experience.

-      Continue building your reputation as an expert within your field.

-      Harness the power of the Group services, collaborating and cross selling where possible.

-      Play a key role in the selection process, training and performance management of new team members.
