Salary:£45,000 - £50,000 per annum

O'Neill & Brennan are working on behalf of a growing construction firm to recruit an experiencedQuantity Surveyorto join their expanding team, specialising infitout and refurbishmentprojects. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and the opening of a new satellite office.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring financial control from tender through to final account. Given the fast-paced nature of the fitout sector, the ability toadapt quickly, work independently, and manage changing prioritiesis essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing project costs, budgets, and valuations Preparing and negotiating subcontractor packages Monitoring project variations and identifying financial risks Collaborating with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions Conducting site visits and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers Overseeing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as aQuantity Surveyorin thefitout/refurbishmentsector is advantagous  Ability towork independentlyand make commercial decisions confidently Strong financial management and negotiation skills Experience handling multiple projects with shifting priorities
