A Senior Quality Engineer is sought for a permanent role in the Engineering & Manufacturing department of a leading company within the Aerospace industry. The successful candidate will utilise their solid grounding in Quality Engineering to drive continual improvement and ensure products meet the highest quality standards.

Description

Key responsibilities:

Oversee the quality assurance of manufacturing processes
Implement and monitor quality control systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards
Manage client audits and inspections
Review and analyse quality performance metrics
Ensure compliance with industry and company quality standardsProfile

A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:

Experience working to AS9100 industry standards
Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools such as 8D and 5 why's
Experience in managing quality systems in a manufacturing environment
Experience with supplier quality is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
A passion for driving improvement and achieving high-quality standardsJob Offer
