Job Title: Senior HVAC Installation Engineer (Working Supervisor)
Location: Ideally within Surrey or the M25 orbital
Salary: £55,000 – £62,000 per annum (DOE) + Van & Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week (8am – 4pm)

About the Role:

My client is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Installation Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a progressive role suited for a highly skilled professional who wants to take the next step in their career. You will start in a Working Senior / Supervisor capacity, supporting and overseeing the installation team while remaining hands-on with projects.

With several new contracts secured—including major works they are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow into a leadership or management role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the HVAC installation team on various commercial projects
Carry out hands-on installation of AC systems including VRV/VRF, Splits, Multi-splits, and AHUs
Conduct site surveys, attend client meetings, and support with quotations
Ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to a high standard
Liaise with the office-based support team to coordinate labour and materials
Travel to various sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays (accommodation & meals provided)
Support team set-up and attend key site meetings (no full weeks away required)

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in HVAC/AC / Ventialtion installations, especially VRV/VRF & Split systems
Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Leadership qualities with the desire to progress into a management role
Flexibility to travel and stay away when required
Ideally based in Surrey or M25 orbital

Package & Benefits:

Competitive salary: £55,000 – £62,000 (depending on experience)
Company van & fuel card (all parking, tolls, etc. covered)
40-hour working week (8am – 4pm)
Overtime available
Company pension scheme (after 3 months)
Accommodation & meal allowance for overnight stays
Uniform & specialist tools provided
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
