CNC Setter/Operator - Mill/Turn (FANUC) - DayShift
Location: Poole
Salary: £32,300 - £34,200 per annum (including night shift uplift)
Hours: Day shift - 37 hours per week
We are currently seeking semi-skilled CNC Setter/Operators to join our night shift team in Poole. If you have experience working with FANUC-controlled Mill/Turn machines and a background in precision engineering (ideally within aerospace), we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn Lathe machines with FANUC controls to produce high-precision components to specification.

Working from engineering drawings to ensure parts are produced to the required tolerances.

Carrying out self-inspection to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation in line with 5C/5S practices.

Supporting a positive and efficient workshop environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn machinery (FANUC control knowledge essential).

Background in aerospace or other high-precision industries preferred.

Ability to work independently to set jobs and monitor output quality.

Due to ITAR restrictions, applicants must be UK citizens or have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
