What You Will Do:

  • Define the Product Vision and Backlog for your squad to drive the delivery of key propulsion features across multiple vehicle programmes.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their priorities are reflected in the release while meeting deadlines efficiently.

  • Act as the primary contact for the Scrum Delivery Team, providing clear prioritisation and decision-making support.

  • Communicate product goals and maintain a prioritised backlog to maximise the squad's output and value.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies across co-located and virtual teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

  • Support the squad in resolving technical challenges and provide regular status updates to stakeholders at all levels.

    What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

  • Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies and tools.

  • A track record of delivering engineering or analytical projects with measurable success.

  • Problem-solving skills with a structured approach to overcoming complex technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
