Key Activities

Develop and implement verification plans based on ARP4754 guidelines, ensuring comprehensive coverage of system requirements. Utilize expertise in communication protocols (RS485, CAN, ARINC-429, Ethernet) to design and execute test procedures for system integration and validation. Demonstrate proficiency in high-voltage environments, applying electrical engineering principles to ensure the safety and reliability of systems. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, promoting the adoption of agile and scrum methodologies for project execution. Utilize test equipment effectively to perform verification activities, including but not limited to oscilloscopes, signal generators, and protocol analysers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers, to drive successful project outcomes. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Essential Responsibilities

Perform Verification activities based on systems verification plan Requirements Traceability Write Test Procedures and test scripts Ensure that all artefacts are reviewed, approved, and stored in accordance with project planning documents

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience in aerospace systems verification, with a proven track record of leading teams through complex projects. Deep understanding of ARP4754 guidelines and other relevant aerospace regulations. Experience working in high-voltage environments, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.
