Job Title: Satellite System Test Engineer
Location:Stevenage (Onsite)

About the Role
Love space, tech, and solving puzzles under pressure?
We're on the hunt for aSatellite System Test Engineerto help us put spacecraft through their paces-from integration to surviving the extremes of space!
You'll be the brain behind the test sequences, the first responder when things go sideways, and the voice in the room during mission-critical reviews..
Key Responsibilities

Interpret test specs and create test procedures and scripts. Execute and debug spacecraft test sequences. Provide support during test anomalies and non-conformance investigations. Write automated test procedures using Elisa (Open Center) and Java. Support tests during thermal, EMC, and magnetic environments.


Skills & Experience

Experience writing spacecraft test scripts using Central Checkout Systems (Elisa, Java). Knowledge of spacecraft systems: 1553, SpaceWire, AOCS, FDIR, power, thermal, etc. Familiar with TMTC databases and system verification. Hands-on with test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers). Basic scripting (bash) or programming (Python, Java, C) is a plus.
