We are hiring for our client: Global player in high performance thermoplastic composites and textile fabrics.
Position: Sales Manager - UK & North EU – Composites/Technical Textiles
Location: England (Home Office better in Great Manchester region or Benelux)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: fix gross annual + 15% performance incentives + company car
Start Date: Can be immediate
We are seeking a dynamicSales Managerto manage and grow sales across the UK, Benelux, and Scandinavian markets for a leading global manufacturer in the technical textiles and composites industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales activities and drive growth in the assigned territory. Promote a range of cutting-edge solutions for industries including aerospace, automotive, and construction. Develop new business and manage key accounts. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms. Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic decisions. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, R&D, back office) and external customers. Represent the company at international trade fairs and contribute to marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Materials, Textiles, or Composites). 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management within the composites industry. Strong negotiation, sales, and business development skills. Fluent in English (French is a plus). Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time).
