Sales Executive

Salary: Up to £32,000 + 10% uncapped commission

Earnings Potential: With a first-year sales target of £1 million, total earnings can exceed £100,000.

We're working with a leading provider of aircraft parts and services, dedicated to supporting the aviation industry with high-quality solutions. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a trusted partner in the aerospace sector.

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. While prior aerospace experience is not required, a background in technical sales or a related field is preferred. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Product Presentation: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to prospective clients.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

    Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or a related field.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

  • Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and products.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
