We partner with major OEMs such as Boeing, Airbus, and Embraer, as well as their sub tier suppliers, Airlines, and MROs worldwide.

Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Engineer to lead sales efforts in the Europe & Middle East region.

This individual will be responsible for managing and growing key OEM accounts, expanding our presence with Airlines and MROs, and driving new business growth.

This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise and technical acumen.

The ideal candidate will not only build strong customer relationships but also work closely with both the customer and our own engineering team to identify and solve customer challenges.

The Sales Engineer will serve as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring that Adams Rite Aerospace delivers tailored, high-value solutions.

This is a road warrior role with 60% or more travel.

As part of onboarding activities, the EMEA candidate should expect to spend 4-6 weeks of technical training at our headquarters in Fullerton, CA, and to return to the facility regularly throughout the year to maintain close with the business unit teams.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve bookings and revenue targets with a focus on new business.

Engage with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and key sub-tier suppliers to identify and address technical challenges.

Work closely with customers to understand their needs and collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop innovative solutions.

Provide technical guidance on product capabilities, applications, and integration.

Manage and expand relationships with key industry players in the assigned region.

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to drive strategic sales initiatives.

Represent Adams Rite Aerospace at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Travel and/or meet with customers within the assigned region (60% or more).

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field (MBA is a plus).

3-5 years of experience in aerospace, with a preference for candidates with technical experience.

Strong technical understanding of aerospace components and systems.

Proven ability to identify customer challenges and collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions.

Strong network within the aerospace sector, particularly with Airlines, MROs and OEMs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel and/or meet frequently with customers in the assigned region.

Must reside in the UK.
